Our puppies are fully AKC registered unless otherwise specified, (sometimes we sell puppies at lower prices with a limited registration). We warranty our fully registered puppies against life threatening genetic defects until they are one year old. Your puppy must be checked by your veterinarian within 48 of arrival to guarantee your warranty. In the event your puppy dies from or is diagnosed with a life threatening defect within the first year your puppy will be replaced with a puppy from a future litter of equal value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and veterinary expenses that incur while the puppy is in their care. "Neglect" of a puppy voids warranty, you are responsible for vaccinations, worming, heart worm treatment, regular veterinary exams, good nutrition, and general upkeep of your puppy.

Payments can be made through paypal only unless prior arrangement are made.  Payments can be made at any time but we don't ship puppies until they are at least 8 weeks old or they may be picked up locally.  We require the payment be completed three days advance if airtravel is required to ensure a ticket is booked.

A deposit of $250 can be made at any time to ensure that you get the puppy you want.  Deposits are non refundable, with the exception if we can't deliver a puppy to you for some reason the money will be refunded less Paypal fees. If for some reason a buyer decides they do not want the puppy we keep the deposit.  This is because when you put money down on a puppy we tell all other potential buyers that the puppy is taken.  If a buyer backs out we have to post new adds and the puppy is a little older causing us to loose money. 

Puppy prices are posted with the puppy pictures, shipping is an additional 300.00.  If you pick up your puppy the shipping cost will not be added. Occasionally we hand deliver a puppy if we are in the area or have enough puppies going to the same location; in this event shipping is still applicable to cover time and fuel. If you are looking for a puppy at a discounted price ask us about Limited Registration (no breeding rights or warranty). Occasionally we have puppies that are discounted because they are older also.
